Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to craft strategic plans, negotiate key deals, and foster long-term relationships with partners and clients. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to execute strategies that lead to measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing, nurturing, and sustaining strong professional relationships with partners, primarily through phone, email, and social media channels.
- Effectively promoting the company’s products and services to achieve monthly goals/targets set by the company.
- Researching, initiating, and implementing strategies to build partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks, and Introducing Brokers (IB’s), while ensuring a high standard of service.
- Maintaining frequent communication with partners and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Supporting clients with account setup and addressing any platform or trading-related inquiries.
- Delivering training to partners on the company’s products, including webinars, and providing guidance on trading systems.
- Keeping all existing and potential partners informed about new products and promotions offered by the company.
- Offering high-quality and efficient live support to both existing and potential partners.
- Collaborating with the appropriate department when partners have specific inquiries and ensuring any partner complaints are forwarded to the relevant team for resolution.
- Offering continuous professional support and guidance to both new and existing partners.
- Sharing information about the company’s products and services on relevant forums.
- Proactively following up on inquiries and providing feedback to partners, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
- Taking appropriate actions and implementing necessary improvements to enhance the performance of the Business Development Department.
- Identifying new business development opportunities for the company.
Qualifications:
- Business fluency in English
- Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers and affiliates in the CFD industry.
- Demonstrated experience in converting potential clients into active depositors.
- Minimum three years of proven experience in the sales industry.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to independently nurture and manage client relationships.
- Capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Familiarity with KPI’s and marketing strategies for event management.
- Brings a creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on thinking outside the box.
