It depends. When a money manager creates his/her offer, they select what minimum funding amount they would like for their specific offer. The minimum required funds will always be deducted as soon as the investor clicks to accept a specific money manager offer, so the investor is advised to always ensure that there are enough funds in their MT4/5 account in order for the transfer to be successful.
