How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it as below:

  1. Go to https://clients.tiomarkets.com
  2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link just below the password field.
  3. Fill in your wallet ID and email used to register the account (you can find your wallet ID in the original email we sent you when you first verified your account).
  4. Click “Reset Password”.
