Rules, terms & conditions
- Clients can register or should have already registered with TIOmarkets.com
- Only verified clients of TIO Markets Ltd, which is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are eligible to benefit from this giveaway.
- Each client is only eligible to participate in this giveaway once during the contest period.
- The winner of this giveaway will receive a $100 credit to a Spread or Standard trading account. Only if the client already has a funded VIP or VIP Black trading account will the $100 prize be credited to either of these accounts.
- Participants of the giveaway will be ranked on the leader board on the giveaway page based on the points awarded to them for completing tasks.
- The winner will receive the $100 credit within 5 business days from the ending time of this giveaway.
- In the case of a tie, one winner will be chosen at random.
- The winner will be contacted by email, through the email address provided on their fully verified TIOmarkets account.
- In the case a client wins but has not fully verified their account, the client has a maximum two weeks grace period to complete the verification of their account from the time this giveaway ends. Otherwise they forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen.
- The $100 will be a trading credit that is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-refundable. The $100 credit can be used only for trading.
- Any profit earned from trading with the $100 credit can be kept and withdrawn by the client. Withdrawal fees apply, please see our funding page for details.
- The $100 credit will be removed from the client account once; a) The client places a withdrawal of any amount. b) The client transfers money between their TIOmarkets trading accounts and/or their TIOmarkets wallet.
- This prize can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Any changes to this giveaway shall be at the discretion of TIOmarkets without any prior notice.
- TIOmarkets has the right to withdraw without prior notice the $100 credit and profit gained if: a) A breach of these terms or the company’s terms and conditions occurs. b) TIOmarkets has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the giveaway or the client engages in prohibited or abusive trading practices.
- Under no circumstances shall TIOmarkets be liable for any consequences to any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancelation or termination of the giveaway.
- Any indication or suspicion of fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity in a client’s TIOmarkets account, that is connected to this giveaway or otherwise, will nullify any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered.
- TIOmarkets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that misuses or attempts to misuse the giveaway, or breaches the present terms and conditions and/or any of TIOmarkets’ business terms and to cancel all orders and annul all profits of such client. In these circumstances, TIOmarkets shall not be liable for any consequences of the giveaway cancellation.
- In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of the above rules and terms, TIOmarkets shall in its absolute sole discretion, acting in good faith resolve any dispute as it deems fit and proper. TIOmarkets’ decision shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the giveaway, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the giveaway together with TIOmarkets’ terms and conditions of trading.
