We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Head of Business Development - Latam to join our team This is an exciting opportunity to lead our business development efforts, drive growth, and create lasting partnerships worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners via phone, email, and social media.
  • Expand the Company’s Institutional Business to achieve targets set by senior management.
  • Promote the Company’s products and services effectively to meet high sales conversion rates.
  • Develop partnerships with affiliates, affiliate networks, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) while ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Assist partners with trading-related queries and support them in opening and managing accounts.
  • Provide training on the Company’s products and trading systems, including webinars.
  • Keep partners informed about new products, services, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve partner issues promptly.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Deliver detailed action plans and performance reports to senior management.
  • Continuously improve the Business Development Department’s processes and provide training for team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English, Portuguese (additional languages are an advantage).
  • A university or college degree (CySEC Advanced or AML certifications are a plus).
  • Relevant experience in the investment or forex industry.
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
