We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join us as Regional Head of Business Development - Malaysia at our head office in Limassol, Cyprus. This role offers the opportunity to lead our business development efforts, drive growth, and build strong relationships with partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners through phone, email, and social media.
  • Expand the Company’s Institutional Business and achieve growth targets set by senior management.
  • Effectively promote the Company’s products and services to maintain high sales conversion ratios in line with KPIs.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with affiliates, affiliate networks, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) while delivering excellent service.
  • Support partners with trading-related queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in opening and managing trading accounts, and provide training on the Company’s products and trading systems (including webinars).
  • Keep partners informed about new products and promotions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to address and resolve partner queries or issues.
  • Provide professional troubleshooting support for trading platforms and ensure timely follow-ups on partner inquiries.
  • Identify and act on business development opportunities to drive growth.
  • Deliver detailed action plans and performance reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement improvements for the Business Development Department and provide training for team members.
  • Meet monthly goals/targets and uphold the Company’s core values.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in English and Malaysian (additional languages are a plus).
  • A university or college degree, with CySEC Advanced or AML Certifications considered an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in the investment or forex industry.
  • A process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
