Account Closure Process

Account closure is permanent and irreversible; you will lose all access to the Client Area, Mobile Application, and trading accounts. It is strongly recommended that you download all necessary trading history or records before submitting your request.

How to close your account

Step 1. Withdraw all funds

You must withdraw the full balance from all trading accounts prior to initiating closure, as requests cannot be processed while a positive balance remains. Funds can be withdrawn through the Client Area or the Mobile Application (in the Funds section).

Step 2. Submit the closure request

Online (Recommended).

Navigate to your Account Profile and select 'Close Account' in the Client Area or Mobile Application.

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected].

The email must be sent from your registered address, use the subject 'Close Account Request', and include the registered email in the body.

Processing of your request

Requests are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that your trading history and associated records will be retained temporarily for legal and regulatory compliance, and you may request access to this history at any point by emailing [email protected].
