His experience includes trading platforms, payment integrations, card processing, banking platforms, cloud transformation and the delivery of complex technology programmes.

Savvas combines strong technology understanding with business and product perspective and extensive leadership experience. As Chief Operating Officer, he focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, automation and using technology to support scalable, efficient and well-structured business operations.

Andis Papageorgiou is a senior technology leader with over 11 years of experience across brokerage technology, fintech, blockchain, mobile applications, and enterprise software development.

He has led engineering teams and large-scale technology projects across trading platforms, CRM systems, cloud infrastructure, partner and IB platforms, payments, risk, and client-facing digital products. With extensive experience in the forex and online trading industry, Pantelakis is committed to optimizing workflows, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting sustainable growth through professionalism, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Christian Louie Lopez is a Customer Support Supervisor at TIOmarkets, where he supports the daily coordination of client-facing operations and helps ensure customers receive timely, clear, and reliable assistance.
