BY TIOmarkets

|March 4, 2026

Getting money into and out of a trading account should be straightforward. This guide covers every deposit and withdrawal method available at TIOmarkets, including supported currencies, fees, processing times, and the practical details that matter before you fund a live account.

Minimum Deposit

TIOmarkets applies a minimum deposit amount across all funding methods of USD 20 or currency equivalent. This is the minimum required to qualify for zero deposit fees regardless of which method you use.

The minimum deposit to open each account type is separate from the per-method minimum. The Standard account requires USD 20 or currency equivalent. The Raw account requires USD 250 or currency equivalent. The VIP Black account requires USD 1,000 or currency equivalent.

Currency equivalents for the USD 20 minimum are listed on the TIOmarkets deposits page at the time of writing as follows: EUR €20, GBP £20, AUD $20, CAD $30, ZAR R500, AED 70. These figures are shown directly on the live deposits page and may be updated over time.

The Standard account is created automatically after registration. Raw and VIP Black accounts can be opened at any time from the client area under the same user profile.

Can I Deposit Before Verification?

Yes. You can deposit and start trading immediately. There is a 14-day grace period to complete account verification. However, your account must be fully verified before any withdrawals can be processed. Traders should complete verification promptly to avoid delays when they want to withdraw.

Withdrawal Methods

TIOmarkets supports the same five method categories for withdrawals as for deposits. As a general principle, deposited funds are typically returned to the original funding source where possible, in line with standard AML compliance practice. Profits above the deposited amount may be sent via bank wire transfer or any other available method. Available withdrawal methods may vary depending on your country.

Bank wire transfer

Supported currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AED.

Delivery time: Usually same day once processed, but can take up to 5 business days depending on the bank.

Fee: Zero for amounts of USD 20 or more. A fee of 5% applies to withdrawals below USD 20.

Delivery time: Instant once processed.

How Withdrawals Work

TIOmarkets processes withdrawal requests within one business day. Once processing is complete, the withdrawal is sent through the relevant banking or payment network. The total time to receive funds therefore has two components: TIOmarkets' processing time, and the delivery time of the payment provider or bank. These are separate and should not be confused.

In line with standard AML compliance practice, deposited funds are typically returned to the original funding source where possible. Profits above the deposited amount are sent via bank wire transfer or any other available method, which may differ from the original deposit method.

According to TIOmarkets, withdrawal requests are handled on a first in, first out basis during normal business hours. TIOmarkets does not offer fast-track or emergency withdrawal processing.

Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. Even after processing, banks and payment providers may only credit funds during normal banking hours, which can extend delivery times further.

Withdrawal Fees: The Full Picture

Withdrawal fees at TIOmarkets depend on the amount being withdrawn and whether the account has any trading activity.

For amounts of USD 20 or more where the account has trading activity, TIOmarkets does not charge a withdrawal fee and states that payment provider charges are covered on qualifying withdrawals.

A fee may apply in the following situations. A processing fee of USD 25 or currency equivalent may apply to bank wire withdrawals in certain circumstances, including if the account has been funded but no trades have been placed or if withdrawing less than USD 20. A fee of 5% applies to withdrawals below USD 20 across card, e-wallet, crypto, and mobile money methods.

Traders who fund an account and do not place any trades before requesting a withdrawal should be aware that a processing fee may apply regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Withdrawal Before Verification

Withdrawals cannot be processed before your account is fully verified. You can deposit and begin trading during the 14-day grace period, but no withdrawal will be released until identity and address verification is complete. TIOmarkets recommends completing verification before you need to withdraw to avoid delays.

Checking Your Withdrawal Status

Withdrawal status can be monitored in the client area. The two main statuses are pending or submitted, meaning the request has been received and is waiting for processing, and processed, meaning TIOmarkets has completed its side and the withdrawal has been sent through the payment network.

If your withdrawal shows as processed but funds have not arrived, this typically means the payment network or your bank is still completing delivery. In this case, TIOmarkets can provide proof of payment or a tracking number to help your bank or payment provider locate the funds.

Practical Notes for Different Regions

South Africa: ZAR deposits and withdrawals are supported by debit and credit card, based on current platform availability. Bank wire and e-wallet do not currently support ZAR. The Standard account minimum in ZAR is listed as R500 on the TIOmarkets deposits page at the time of writing.

Kenya and Ghana: Mobile money is the dedicated local funding method, supporting KES and GHS respectively.

Canada: CAD deposits and withdrawals are supported by bank wire only. Card and e-wallet do not support CAD.

UAE: AED is supported by bank wire and debit/credit card.

Australia: AUD is supported by e-wallet (Skrill and Neteller) only for deposits. AUD is not available via bank wire or card.

Getting Started

To fund a TIOmarkets account, you register and create your account, then navigate to the deposit section of the client area and choose your preferred method and currency. Once deposited, funds sit in your TIOmarkets wallet and must be transferred to the specific trading account (MT4 or MT5) you intend to trade on. This transfer is done from the manage funds section of the client area.

For withdrawals, you submit a request in the client area, ensuring your account is verified and the amount meets the minimum threshold to avoid fees. The request is then processed within one business day before being sent through the payment network.
