Melios Athanasiou is a finance and accounting professional with experience across audit, financial reporting, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.

As Head of Finance & Accounting, he supports the company’s financial operations, reporting processes, and internal financial controls. His background in audit and accounting gives him a strong practical understanding of financial governance and operational accuracy.

Melios is ACCA-qualified and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Portsmouth.

Andis Papageorgiou is a senior technology leader with over 11 years of experience across brokerage technology, fintech, blockchain, mobile applications, and enterprise software development.

He has led engineering teams and large-scale technology projects across trading platforms, CRM systems, cloud infrastructure, partner and IB platforms, payments, risk, and client-facing digital products. His experience includes work with MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView-related systems, AWS-based infrastructure, event-driven microservices, and modern software delivery practices.

Andis combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic leadership, supporting the development of scalable, resilient, and reliable technology environments for online trading businesses.

At TIOmarkets, Pantelakis focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences through efficient operations, responsive support, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

His role is centered on overseeing customer support and back-office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, operational reliability, and high standards across all client interactions.

With extensive experience in the forex and online trading industry, Pantelakis is committed to optimizing workflows, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting sustainable growth through professionalism, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Andreas Athanasiou is a finance professional with experience across financial control, accounting, audit, tax, financial reporting, and risk management.

As Financial Controller, he oversees financial operations, reporting processes, budgeting, and internal controls, supporting effective decision-making and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. His background in audit, accounting, and risk management provides him with strong expertise in financial analysis, operational efficiency, and control environments.

Andreas has held senior positions within the financial services industry, developing practical experience in financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and business performance monitoring.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree and has attended ACCA courses and examinations with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

John Savva is a business development professional with extensive experience in building strategic partnerships and driving growth within the online trading industry. With a strong understanding of forex, indices, and commodities markets, he shares insights that help traders and partners better navigate opportunities and market dynamics.
